However, you can only reach as far as your system allows you, and the game does have its share of performance related issues that will force you to make visual sacrifices. Me personally I just used the visual mods, some tweaks (such as combat tactics) and fixes to the game (Morrigan's mod) since I don't like straying too far from the source material. The lustrous world of Dragon Age Inquisition features a vast variety of landscapes and locations, all of which offer brilliant eye-candy to players, especially on the PC. Only downside is some mods get picky with one another so you'll want to read up and remember which mods you're using so you know which ones gel together and which ones are just going to crash the game or simply not work. Sure it had it's short comings and issues, that and by todays standards outdated visually (hence graphic mods) but the mod community put a lot of effort to fix some of Bioware's faults (some of their choices were pretty poor) and opened up more variety that the game tends to limit in it's vanilla form. Dragon Age Class and Specialization Packĭragon Age was a good game for it's time. <- Disables buff effects during cutscenes. The Winter Forge <- Craft, deconstruct, reconstruct, change armor models, looks, add enchantments on gear. Morrigan Restoration Patch Dialog Fixpack <- Restores Morrigan dialog cut from the game. Lets characters other than rogues unlock chests. Lock Bash <- It really only enables content that was already in the game but was cut out. Awakening Abilities <- Awakenings skilltrees & specs in Origins. Adds 8 new spells that summon an offhand energy orb that turns you in a mix of S'n'S and a Jedi knight. Arcane Warrior Plus <- This one is *AMAZING*. AddItem Script <- Also requires enabling the console first. Dragon Age Redesigned <- Facial tweaks all around. Extra Dog Slot <- Treats Barkspawn as a summon. Metagame Items <- Bunch of "cheat" items, including a respeccing item.

Most of them are self-explanatory, but I'll specify a bit: All of them are in Nexus except for Awakenings Abilities and tucked_hair which are hosted in social.bioware.
